Reconciliation Action Plan

At APM, our mission is enabling better lives, and a key part of this mission is our commitment to reconciliation with First Nations peoples across Australia.

To support this commitment, we have developed two distinct Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs): one for the APM Group and one for the APM Health Portfolio.

APM Group

This RAP is currently in its second Stretch phase, reflecting the advanced stage of our Corporate and Employment Services teams.

It builds on the strong foundation of our previous RAPs, focusing on deepening our engagement and impact.

APM Health Portfolio

This Innovate RAP is designed for our Health Portfolio, which includes established teams such as APM WorkCare, and newer acquisitions that are earlier in their reconciliation journey.

This RAP provides a strategic framework to bring these businesses in line with our overall vision while maintaining the ongoing commitments of our established health businesses.

Our commitment to reconciliation

Having two RAPs allows us to tailor our strategies to the specific needs and stages of our diverse teams.

This approach ensures that all parts of APM are united in their commitment to supporting First Nations communities, fostering a culture of respect, understanding, and collaboration.

Key features

Both RAPs share common goals and strategies, including:

  • Cultural Learning: Implementing policies and training to enhance understanding and respect for First Nations cultures.
  • Employment and Procurement: Developing strategies to increase employment and procurement opportunities for First Nations peoples and businesses.
  • Community Engagement: Building strong, respectful relationships with First Nations communities to support their needs and aspirations.

We invite you to download and explore both our RAPs to learn more about our strategies and commitments.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference.
