What is Transition to Work?

Transition to Work (TtW) helps young people aged 15 - 24 years develop the skills, behaviours and attitudes employers are looking for.

You’ll get practical support to help you complete school, move onto further education or employment and provided post placement support when you start a new job.

What’s in it for me?

You will get help to build work and personal skills, through training, work experience, education and linked with community services where needed.

Your TtW Youth Support Worker will talk to you about things like apprenticeships, how to build your skills and confidence, and link you up with employers looking for young people willing to give things a go.

You will also get support once you have started training or work. They are there to listen and help you stay motivated.
