APM is thrilled to have been recognised as a Top 75 Graduate Employer for the second year running!
This year, our Allied Health Graduate Program made a big jump to 14th place in the large program category (organisations that take more than 70 graduates).
We’re also proud of the fact that we’re the only health organisation to make the list that includes many well-known Australian businesses and major corporations.
Being recognised for two years running is a testament to the contribution of our incredible team who all work together to create and provide a nurturing environment, comprehensive support, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for career advancement to graduates.
Creating the definitive guide for grads
Over 4,000 graduates from across Australia shared their experiences of the organised programs that help to guide and develop new starters in the early stages of their careers.
From these, the Australian Association of Graduate Employers evaluates the programs and compiles the definitive guide to the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce.
So it’s a huge honour to be included in the Top 75 for two consecutive years. We’re thrilled that APM’s allied health graduates are enjoying such a positive experience as they begin their career journey.
A pathway to the future
Our approach to APM’s increasingly popular graduate program is to structure it in a way that helps allied health graduates achieve their career goals and make a real difference in the lives of those they treat.
Over the past 12 months, over 90 graduates have joined APM and have already begun making a positive difference in the lives of people with disability, injury or health condition.
Unique to our program is that we offer our graduates a permanent role, with opportunities available all over Australia, working across a number of APM brands and disciplines.
Find your moment to shine
