We're dedicated to supporting diverse communities

At APM, we recognise the unique challenges faced by non-English speaking people and those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.

Our Disability Employment Services (DES) teams provide support to help you achieve your employment goals, whatever language or cultural barriers you may face.

Our personalised support can help you overcome communication barriers and navigate the job market near you. It may include:

  • Access to interpreters and bilingual staff to assist with communication
  • Career guidance to help you identify your strengths, career interests, and suitable job opportunities
  • Assistance in creating a professional resume and preparing for job interviews, with a focus on overcoming language barriers

APM Employment Services is also a specialist provider of Workforce Australia for people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.

Our team comes from a range of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, so many of us have a personal understanding of the barriers you might face when seeking meaningful and fulfilling work.
